The Zillmer Ski trails offer the opportunity to hike or ski rolling hills. Work up that appetite on a dewy spring morning, hot summer evening, or crisp fall afternoon for some PIE!
This series is placed along the Zillmer Ski Trails within the Northern Unit of the Kettle Moraine Forest. Please follow all posted rules & regulations including NO HIKING in winter when the trails are groomed for XC skiing. These geocaches are seasonal and are not accessible on foot after the first significant snowfall until the ski season is finished (typically mid-March).
Strawberry Rhubarb Pie is a summer treat that is a great way to use up rhubarb. Depending on how much sugar you use to balance the tartness of the strawberries and rhubarb, this pie can vary from sweet to sour. You are looking for a small camo container off the yellow trail.
