Planted around the Tutukaka boat ramp carpark, are quite a few examples of tall fan palms that have an amazing pattern up their trunks where the fronds have been pruned off. I have always admired these each time I park the cache mobile and trailer after launching the boat ready for another fishing trip.
So that you can admire them too, I have placed a shiny bison here, hopefull well enough hidden to not get muggled, but still findable for cachers.
