There is a nice, paved trail here which starts at the Community Gardens and goes toward the park. You can park in the Community Garden, but respect the spaces reserved for "Gardeners Only." BYOP.
NOTE: A recent tree-fall has made it a little more difficult to get to the cache, but it's at the original coord's.
