Greetings!
This beautiful statue stands outside a government building in
West Chester, PA. Recently, I sat and watched the people passing
by. Few even cast a glance at the statue let alone stopped to
ponder its meaning.
Locate this statue and take a few minutes to study it and its
plaques.
