We came to visit Liz and Bruce in 2022, when we had our holidays in Australia. We've met these wonderful people first in Canada, in August 2022 when we went to the Giga event in Abbottsford. One week later we met them again in Seattle at the HQ celebration. After the event, we flew back home, and one month later we took the car to go to the Glück Auf Giga in Essen, Germany. Guess what? There we met Liz and Bruce again! So, we told them of our plans to go visit Australia, although we hadn't booked anything yet.
Once our trip became real, we contacted them and they invited us to come stay a few days at their home in Maryborough. This has been a wonderful experience with many nice memories to take back home.
It is an honour to be added to the long list of eminent cachers of the L&B Series. Our cache, high up in a tree, will be the 41st addition to an ever growing list of caches.
This cache has been placed to commemorate our stay and great times caching with Liz and Bruce and to increase the number of caches in the Maryborough locality ....
