Walk up Elm Avenue from Mansfield Road or Cranmer street to the top of the avenue until you reach Belle Vue. You can aslo approach from Corporation Oaks via Woodborough Road. Take a look back and admire the extraordinary views of Nottingham city and the surrounding countryside of the south Nottinghamshire villages. Corpration Oaks and Elm Avenue form part of the 'Enclosure Walk' throughout the city.
Bell View has an undeground network of Vitorian chambers that form the resovoir. The reservoir supplies two thirds of water supply to Nottingham city.
