Babson Outing Club (BOC) Cache No. 9 - Wind Power!
Small appeal to authority here - but I would consider myself an expert in Babson's campus. Being a geocacher (and thus a natural explorer) I know the campus inside and out like the back of my hand. And if you were to ask me what I thought the most underappreciated and odd feature on Babson's campus is - I would undoubtedly answer the wind turbine.
Not much is known about this monolith on campus other than what has been passed down orally by those under Babson's employ. The turbine was created between 2007 and 2008 by a graduate student group: the Babson Environmental and Energy Club. Virtually all marketing you can find about the turbine will tell you that it made Babson the first university in the Boston area to generate its own wind power. However - this is mostly false. While it could technically function, it is not in an environment conducive to do so and thus is little more than an installation art piece. This is because the club had problems with building permissions and the Town of Wellesley: the town was restrictive in where they allowed the club to install it. After a few years and substantial marketing promotions from Babson, the turbine was largely forgotten and left to decay.
For this puzzle YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOOL. What tool you may ask? Well to figure it out - you need to solve a riddle first...

RULES:
DO NOT attempt to move or tilt the cache to extract. DO NOT "fish" the cache out - that's cheating. You WILL need to bring your own tool to GZ. You may need to use tweezers to extract the log once you solve the puzzle.
