This cache is located in public bushland not far from an equestrian riding trail.
The site (and the cache name) expresses the diversity of Canberra's landscape in being only a few kilometres from a major city centre yet, on face value, the site appears that it could be miles away from civilisation in any part of the Australian outback country.
I've rated the difficulty at 2, despite the lay of the land being easy going. The difficulty has a bit of a Catch 22 however. If you attempt to drive to the end of the sealed roads nearest to the cache, you'll have to negotiate a bit of mulga when on foot. But if you park somewhere earlier adjacent to the trail, the walk is longer but the stroll is much easier. I'd suggest some pre-planning strategy with a local map or street directory. You can also legally get to this cache by horse or bicycle.
The cache container is a hidden clear plastic sandwich lunch box of internal dimensions 6x4x2 inches (150x100x50mm)
