Fairview Park is a suburb in the city off Tea Tree Gully. The suburb is nestled in the north eastern corner of TTG and it's main attraction is the Tea Tree Gully golf course. The golf course was constructed by club volunteers in the early 1950s. It started off as a 9 hole course with club appointed person responsible for each of the 9 holes. The original course was located in the Vista area but new land with a better water source was eventually purchased and the course was constructed in its current location. The course is now an 18 hole par 71 rating with great fairways which are watered from a dam along the Hamilton Road boundary. The course has an Australian course rating of 71.
Fairview Park shopping centre was upgraded a few years ago to have under shopping parking and renamed Fairview Green. It's located along Handcock Road. Fairview Park has a number of creek lined reserves and a primary school.
