I've been to Tenerife many times and this little village is one of my favourites on the island. So I thought why not place a cache here? From this location you are a little way from the shops but the view up the Barranco is breathtaking but not as spectacular as the view of the mountains you have from here. The tall cone is Mt Teide standing 3,718 metres, Spain's highest mountain, Pico Viejo the second-highest mountain on the island is just to the left, and the aptly named Sombrero is to the right. At the top of the pathway, there is a small reservoir. I hope you enjoy the view from here, so after your short climb, go back down the hill and sit in one of the many cafes and relax.

He estado en Tenerife muchas veces y este pueblecito es uno de mis favoritos de la isla. Así que pensé, ¿por qué no colocar un caché aquí?
