You always have at least two options in life, which you choose can may you life easier or much harder.  Choose wisely as the choices you make may dictate your path for the rest of your tife!

Recipe:

Grilled Country Ham and Gruyere
Ingredients:
5 ounces thinly sliced Ham(Favorite Variety –I prefer Black Oak)
2 ounces sliced Wisconsin Emmi Roth Kase GruyereCheese
2 slices hearty Sourdough or Wheat berry Bread
1 Tablespoon herbed Mayonnaise
2 ouncesroasted red pepper strips
1 ounce fresh micro or baby greens
1-1/2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:
1. Preheat Panini grill to medium high heat
2. Place 1 slice of the bread on your cutting boardsurface
3. Top with mayo, ham and cheese
4. Drizzle the remaining slice of bread with vinaigrette
5. Top with baby greens and red peppers
6. Place both halves together and grill for 3 minutes
7. Cut sandwich on the diagonal and serve

Herbed Mayonnaise
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ tsp fresh minced basil (Thyme will work too)
¼ tsp minced fresh garlic

Blend together and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours for blending of flavors

Chef's Note*vI suggest using the best balsamic vinaigrette you can find and blend your own herbed mayonnaise to get the best flavor possible.I also suggest grilling this on a Panini grill. I know Panini is plural and Panino is singular, however I’ve never heard ANYONE ask for a grilled Panino sandwich at any restaurant.

Congratulations FTF - Dominic129
