The December Meet & Greet And Ugly Sweater contest event
Tis the season... we will give out ballots to all attendees, and you will be able to vote for the best ugly sweater; the winner will win cool Geocaching swag.
We ask all ballots to be turned in no later than 6:00 pm, and the winner will be announced at 6:15
A Meet & Greet for new, traveling, and visiting cachers. Trade caching stories, ideas, 
travel bugs, and 
geocoins over food. This is always a perfect time to update each other on events/plans/news/changes in our geocaching community. Thanks to management, Who are aware of our monthly meet & greets, eating is optional.
Curious about this sport and never cached before? We encourage you to come. Let us know if this is your first event, as we'd like to get acquainted. Some cachers will be more than happy to answer questions and help you get started in this fast-growing international game.

The plaza has enough parking space for your Geo-Mobile. On Sunday, December 18th, we'll meet & greet between 5:00 and 6:30 PM. As in most Meet & Greets, you can arrive at your leisure; you're never late for the event.

Are we all ready to have fun?
We will provide pins with numbers; we ask everyone wearing an ugly sweater to pick a number and put it on.
Everyone, regardless if you are wearing an ugly sweater or not, will get a ballot; we ask you to vote by number and return the ballot to Abe or Courtney.
At 6:00, voting will be closed and ballots counted. The first prize will be an ammo can full of goodies, including but not limited to a light-up unactivated ornament, unactivated coin, small cache containers, and other goodies.
Second place is an unactivated coin.
To avoid controversy, we will not use Dominion machines to count the ballots.
