Geocache Description:

On March 14 2020 we lost a fellow geocacher . Joseph Casey, geocaching name Fratticus Finch was killed in an automobile accident on Rodney Parham Road. I never met Joseph but I went through 8 grades at Holy Souls and 4 years at Catholic High with his uncle Bill and served on the Riverfest Committee for years with his dad Mike and his other uncle Andy. I first heard about Fratticus Finch from fellow geocacher Michael Goff aka Steal Your Cache who met him along the geo trail. He was very impressed with his enthusiasm for geocaching and he told me that the future of geocaching in Arkansas lies with younger cachers like Joseph willing to take the time to hide caches and spread the word about this great sport. At the time of his death Joseph had 13 caches hidden out in West Little Rock close to his house and the area where he grew up. A lot of these caches have since been archived but I did not want Josephs memory to go the same way as those caches he took the time to establish and maintain so I am dedicating this cache to the memory of Fratticus Finch close to the spot where he had placed his second cache. You are looking for a plastic container about the size of a drinking glass
