Griston's Oak tree believed to be around 350 years old. I don't really know anything about trees but I have passed this tree so many times while running through the forest and it never fails to impress. My daughter just started Geocaching and was very keen to hide our own.
Cache can be easily approached from Connaught Waters car park and combined with Epping Forest Stroll.
