The Fiesta Bowl
The Fiesta Bowl has been held in the Phoenix, Arizona area since its inception in 1971. It is now part of the College Football Playoff and hosts a semifinal game every three years. The most recent Big 10 team to win the Fiesta Bowl was Penn State in 2017. The Fiesta Bowl has never been sponsored by Ford, so no Ford Fiesta Bowl.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but going there will help you find it. Look at the picture below. If you stand in the location it was taken, the cache is in the evergreen behind you.
