Take all the time you need, but the cache is NOT at the posted coords.

The Red Herrings had scheduled an outing in Rehoboth Beach in Oct. 2019. They had decided to drive into town and park their Red Herring bus in a convenient location. They wanted to be sure to find their bus when they were ready to leave so they parked it in the spotlights close to the town center. They went to the beach, had dinner at Dogfish Head (where else), watched a show at the bandstand, and pretty much had a full day of fun. Finally it was double the time they had intended to stay, so they got into their bus and left town. On the way out, they hid a cache for you but they were so tired that they got a little mixed up in the order of things:
