This is a simple traditional cache which is placed to commemorate the end of a pretty memorable year.
We lost a Queen - may she rest in peace. 
We gained a King - may he rule wisely 
We lost two Prime Ministers and gained a third - felt like a banana republic at times! 
Russia invaded Ukraine - may that end peacefully in 2023!! 
Inflation has gone through the roof - closely followed by interest rates!!!
England's Women's Team won the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 Championship - great job by the Lionesses!! 
England's Men's Football Team were still in the World Cup in the heat of Qatar- (at the time of setting the cache!!!) - 
Those of us of a certain age got our fifth Covid jab - 
Through all of this, Geocachers Stayed Calm and Carried ON
