This cache is placed near a quiet little bridge in rural Tweed. You wont see too many cars drive down these roads but don't be surpirsed if you run into a tractor or two so make sure you pull off to the side.
The container is a marked Lisa Tube. Bring your own pencil. You will no longer need to climb over the guardrail but you'll still get to see the great view of the river. The cache is most likely winter friendly now but I will confirm when the snow falls.
