Cave Island is located in the middle of Burrinjuck dam. When the dam is full, the island is very small, but it never goes under completely! There is a fantastic cave under the island! However, you will need scuba gear to explore that! There is also a sad memorial on the island for Mike Naughtin who died here in 1978.
The cache may not be accessible if the dam is at 100% capacity! Please BYO pen.
