Haifa with all its quirks.
In 2005 the city of Haifa decided to restore the whole port area in order to draw more young crowds. Many of the old mandatory office building types were redesignated to be education centers. thus, came up the Idea of: "The Port Campus" program.
"The Port" ST or in Hebrew "Ha-Namal" (הנמל) has seen many sorts of transformation since 2005. A brick paved road, many student dorms, loads of many types of restaurants and an active art scene. As of the last one there are a lot of new Graffiti in quite a few areas of the downtown city, this was mainly done for the 2018 walls festival downtown Haifa.
Some nice time laps videos of the making of some of the art can be found on the web. This cache will take you along "The Port" ST to meat close up with some of these art pieces in order to get clues to find GZ where you will get a real port view.
Port Art

This huge Graffiti depicts the train in the Turkish era.

"The Ruin" Graffiti
If you went clubbing in Haifa in the 90 to early 2000 you went here. Three floors, each with its own music style – pop, rock and techno! In 2006 after the redesignation of the area the owner went abroad, and this place was left in shambles until quite recently it became an artist hub. There always were graffiti on this place. here are some examples from google street view prior to the art you can find today.
