Come join us for a holiday celbration that will include extra fun raffle prizes, perhaps a gift or two, and an ugly sweater contest! The winner of the contest will receive a gift card for free year of Geocaching Preimum Membership! The celebration will be held at the Beaverton Roundtable Pizza. The private area here is totally enclosed which will give us some nice privacy for our big item of official business....electing the 2023 GEOregon Board!
Ballots will distributed at the event. If you are unable to attend or would like to vote ahead of time, our bylaws allow that. Please email your vote to geooregon@gmail.com at least one hour prior to the meeting. Nominees are included below for your reference.
Meeting Agenda.......Arrive any time after 2:00 PM to Roundtable Pizza in Beaverton (10150 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Beaverton, OR 97005) to socialize. We will hold our meeting at approximately 2:30, including the election and two raffles of some great geocaching SWAG to follow, one for all attendees and one exclusively for GEOregon members. Additional SWAG and other caching supplies will also be availble for purchase from our onsite GEOregon Store.
