This year, @night_stars and I built this by hand from mosty recycled materials. It was for her Girl Scout bronze badge.
Some people call it a little free library, we call it a large geocache!
You can take/leave books while you sign the log, which you will find permenently attached to the BACK OF THE POST. No need to go inside the box, unless you want to trade books!
To fulfill geocache placement requirements, there is a bison tube holding the paper log on the back of the post, you can sign that if you want but we would really like to see the back of the actual post filled with the names of our local legendary cachers, so please feel free to sign the actual post!
The nearby building is not inhabited nor will it ever be. You can park 3 feet from the cache and it is 10 inches from the sidewalk
It is also a pokestop!
