This is another cache in the Song Titles series that cachingcronies started in 2017. Mountain View, Arkansas, is known as the "Folk Music Capital of the World". From the Ozark Folk Center to "Pickin' and Grinnin'" on the courthouse square, talented singers and musicians of all ages perform songs from many musical genres.
This bridge was originally built in 1914. It is a single-lane wire cable suspension bridge that stretches 202 feet over South Sylamore Creek. Refurbishing of the bridge was performed in 1945. The bridge was rebuilt in 1982-83 after flood waters damaged it. It was restored in 2018. Currently, there is a sign at one end telling the complete history of this historical landmark.
