This is a quick Park and Grab cache. The purpose is the location. Many years ago my employer had an office and factory built on Harrington Ct. At that time we were the last ones on the court. After we all moved in it was discovered that it was a long way to get to Fairview St. where all the stores were. Holes were made in the fence on both sides of the railway line and it was now much easier to get over there. One day two of our employees came back to tell us that they had been caught by a railway policeman and the fine was $200 for trespassing the railway line. Apparently the railway police have jurisdiction of 1 kilometer on BOTH SIDES of their railway lines and if they catch you trespassing illegally they will give you a ticket.
We have some times done this in pursuit of that "cache" so remember if you see someone coming towards you, you have to get at least 1 kilometer away or you will get a ticket. The cost is probable a lot more now than it was back in the 80's.
