In a recreation area, not far from some houses.
There are three major parts of the scene: A Boulder, a stone wall and an oaktree. If you stand on the boulder and face the oaktree you have a large flat stone in the wall in front of you. To the left of that there is a small slope and a smaller flat stone at the base of the wall. Check under that stone!
