Schedule for the day:
11:00 - District 1 opens, set up for chili contest
12:30 - Chili tasting begins!
1:00pm - Announce chili cookoff winner and basket raffle draw
2:00 - LCG presentation
2:30 - socialize, play games, clean up
We will be providing chili- not too hot, but we'll have everything you need to make it as spicy as you like. We have all the fixings to top off your bowls as well as cups and utensils. Please state how many will be attending in your "Will Attend" log. Chili is on a first come first serve basis. When the chili is gone, it's gone.
Chili Cook Off
Think you make a killer bowl of chili? This year we will be giving you a chance to show what you've got. Let us know in your "will attend" log, then bring a 2 to 3 quart crockpot of your chili to the event. Attendees will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite chili, and the traveling trackable trophy will go to the winner.
District 1 Brewing Company
This venue offers 12+ pinball machines, pool table, corn hole, foosball, board games galore, giant jenga, connect 4 and scrabble to entertain you. Enjoy a wide variety of craft beers, seltzers, NA options, and sodas at your own expense.
Basket Raffle
Your WGA BOD members want to give back and are creating a selection of gift baskets that you have the chance to win! $10 gets you 10 tickets to place in the basket or baskets of your choice!
Lonely Cache Game
We will also be announcing our winners for the 2022 LCG, including our "Rookie of the Year"! We will have a short presentation on the LCG and share the purpose, how it works, rules, etc.. If you are curious about the game, come on out and get informed! Many of Wisconsin's best caches are "Lonely"!
Yellowstone Trail Adventure Series
