Geocache Description:

Carey Lake Recreation Area

There are several areas to park within the recreation area, however one parking area will put you within a 10 mintue hike to the cache. There are several old building ruins scattered throughout the woods. Dynamite used to be manufactured here years ago. The cache is a standard ammo box, clearly marked "Geocache".

Enjoy the very first cache to be placed out at Carey Lake.
