Cache is located at the coordinates. You can find the cache and log a note at any time but to log a Find you need to both physically sign the log and qualify for the challenge. You must then post your qualification message from Project-GC
Qualifications:
1. Find a caches in all 5 states between Canada and Mexico east along the center line of the US {MN, IA, MO, AR, LA}
2. Veryfiy through Project-GC that you qualify and post that in your log.
3. Sign the cache located at GZ (It is a matchstick holder)
4. Log your find at geocacting.com or online.
