The Peapack Brook is a feeder stream of the North Branch of the Raritan River, which flows into the Raritan Bay at Perth Amboy and, ultimately, into the Atlantic Ocean. Growing up, I used to spend a fair amount of time playing in and around this "river" (as we called it). But, like small streams, small kids also grow bigger and stretch their sails and head out to sea. This cache is placed here as a reminder of small beginnings.
