This winter friendly geocache was hidden near a trail head of the Waukesha County Parks New Berlin Trail. Please use great stealth as this is a heavily used trail.
Welcome to the Waukesha County Parks New Berlin Trail. It is a seven-mile lineal recreation trail located on the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-way. It extends from S. 124th Street just south of Greenfield Ave (State Hwy 59) at the Milwaukee-Waukesha County line to Lincoln Ave in Waukesha. It is possible, taking city streets, to reach the State Glacial Drumlin Trail from this trail.
Waukesha County Parks has a geocaching policy in place that requires geocachers to fill out a notification form before placing a cache. This notification form is available on the Waukesha County Parks Department website. The Approved Permit number for this cache is: 2023-01 approved 1-4-23
