This is a two-stage Multi-Cache. Final is within 1 mile of Stage 1.
At the posted Stage 1 coordinates, you will find a newer set of mailboxes. These were a trial installation when this area was developed less than ten years ago. More recent development has returned to using individual mailboxes at each street address, as is more common for single family detached housing in the area. To determine the final coordinates for this cache, you must do the following:
Face the street from the sidewalk. Observe there are two metal boxes mounted on pedestals. Each box has two columns, and eight rows of post boxes, although the left column's bottom two rows are doubled into a larger package box on both units (there are 30 total boxes).
Using chessboard notation, I will refer to four (total) columns as a, b, c, d from left to right. Again, using chessboard notation, the top row I will label 8, decrementing to 1 on the bottom row.
Each box has either a number or perhaps a number/letter combination affixed to its door (Note: these numbers are all less than 30). The final coordinates are found at:
