This old cemetery was home to the first cache I searched for when my GPS arrived in the mail! I will never forget that near hour I spent walking in circles trying to find a piece of Tupperware...or the feeling of accomplishment I felt once I found it! The cache has since been archived and is no longer here. I wanted to place a new one, as it is an interesting and old location. The church does not seem to have services anymore.
There is not much info online regarding the odd town of McPherron. All I could find was that they had a post office in 1895 and no railroad service.
You are looking for an ammo can hidden in typical fashion. As with any cemetery, please only visit dawn to dusk and be respectful of those who rest here.
