This cache is a Letterbox hybrid cache, meaning it contains a stamp for Letterboxers and a logbook for Geocachers.
Please do not take the self-inking stamp.
During the winter months, the parking area can become flooded. The cache is located on higher ground along the Glendale Trail and tucked out of harm's way. Lots of birds, migrating, or year-round residents, and wildlife use Viaduct Flats for fresh water and food. This part of the Colquitz watershed eventually empties into the Gorge.
The cache container has been used a few times - originally as a TEAM KFWB GPS cache. The log book and stamp were recycled from an old caches. Take as many TBs as you want (as long as you plan on moving them along) because they are not SWAG. Have Fun!
The old container is still under the fallen tree but is not accessible anymore. The replacement container is too small for TB's.
