Toowoomba has numerous streets whose continuity is interrupted - by a railway, a hill, a highway/freeway etc. The street arrives at the obstacle, then continues beyond it with the same name. Sometimes there is a track over or through the obstacle.
This cache is placed at the location of such an interruption.
