In order to find the location of this cache you must first complete the 5 stages of "UCD Sculpture Trail" Adventure Lab caches and collect some information.
Each stage will give you two numbers to use in the formula below. All stages and the bonus cache are available 24/7. Occasionally some of the gates to UCD are closed, however, the pedestrian gates are always open and the Clonskeagh entrance is always open for vehicular access.
