This is the first in a series of caches placed by myself, please enjoy!
The Village
Norton Canes an industrial village, civil parish and ward of Cannock Chase District, in Staffordshire, England.
It is situated 3 miles (4.8 km) out of the centre of Cannock. At the 2011 census it had a population of 7,470, and an area of 3,746 acres (15.16 km2) of which 86% is green open space.
This Estate
This estate was built in the late 90s on the site of one of the 45 closed collieries in the Cannock Chase area. If you look around the corner, you can see the spoil tip, now known as the Mount, which is now home to a lovely forest and the odd family of red deer.
The Cache
This geocache is a sneaky micro on a new addition to the street!
