The Cache is Not at the Posted Coordinates
For my 51st cache, I thought I'd try something a little different. No tricky puzzle, just a good ol' fashioned game of "how well do you know this city?", or how good of an eagle eye are you? Below is an aerial image of a place in chesapeake within a 2 mile radius of the posted coordinates. All you need to do is identify that place, type the answer into certitude and bam! Simple enough? Now get to perusing the map!
