I was in this park for another reason and saw that there was room for a few more caches. So, I decided to place this one.
You may have to be a little stealthy with this one depending on whether there is a game in progress. Although, the location will lend itself to a find, even with a game in progress. You will just have to keep an eye on your surroundings, especially any traffic passing by.
