This geocache is the second in a series of mystery creative geocaches. No two are alike so they may be a bit tricky. The actual container in this hide is about the size of a can of chewing tobacco. You will need to solve the puzzle to find the correct missing coordinates. The final coordinates are N 34° 39.AB1' W 111° 57.CD7'
Congratulations to Kentney for the FTF!
In the world of aviation, pilots and air traffic controllers use special jargon to communicate with one another. This special jargon, called the Aviation Alphabet, uses the same 26 letters many of us learned in kindergarten. Each letter has a corresponding word used to identify aircraft, often called the tail number, and taxiways, which are just like the roads we drive on.
A = Alpha
B = Bravo
C = Charlie
D = Delta
E = Echo
F = Foxtrot
G = Golf
H = Hotel
I = India
J = Juliet
K = Kilo
L = Lima
M = Mike
N = November
O = Oscar
P = Papa
Q = Quebec
R = Romeo
S = Sierra
T = Tango
U = Uniform
V = Victor
W = Whiskey
X = X Ray
Y = Yankee
Z = Zulu
Here is an example of how the Aviation Alphabet would be used in the Air Traffic Control Tower:
"Alpha tower, EchoIndia 2242 GolfHotel Tango inbound."
"Bravo aircraft, Take Heed of the Right sidE landing gEar."
"Charlie, Sit down, EVEry time I have to tell you it drives me Nuts."
"Delta FOrce, landing on the rUnway in fouRteen minutes."
Now take this knowledge and fly with it.
