Geocache Description:

Canberra was first planned by American landscape architect Walter Burley Griffin in 1912. He defined two bisecting axes - land and water - that determine the central part of the design of Canberra.

The water axis runs at right angles to the land axis along the length of Lake Burley Griffin. The southern shore of Lake Burley Griffin bisects the National Triangle forming a smaller Triangle known as the Parliamentary Zone bounded by Kings and Commonwealth Avenues.

At your starting point, you are looking at a stunning  picture postcard location. You are looking for a luminated blue led light set up, advertising the water axis.

The final location of the cache is :

S 35.17.A30

E 149.07.BC2

Some simple calculations will give you the ABC numbers required for the cache.

A= How many words are in the luminated sign ?

7 words =5      9 words = 4      13 words = 2

B = looking from the first word to the last ,does the axis point to .......

Parliament House =7        National Museum = 4       Black Mountain Tower = 2

C=The 4th word of the led light display has how many letters ?

9 letters = 0           7 letters = 4          5 letters = 6

Stealth will be required at both spots .Photos encouraged at the first location but not GZ.

Please replace cache as found .Good Luck !
