The cache is accessable from the public green space on Chester Ave. Parking, next to parking meters, is available on Chester Ave, E. 24 and other surounding streets. Parking uses the Park Mobile app.
Google Maps shows this area is named Gurvits WW2 Memorial Path. When I searched Google for more information on the name, I couldn't find anything. What I know is this, the area is a public walking path and lawn. Given its' location so close to Cleveland State University and all the sidewalks around, I don't know how many folks walk here. But the area appears to be kept up. It's a nice green space in the city.
