Geocache Description:

Please replace so that it stays obscured. You might need to get a stick and poke it into position.

Here in this neighborhood park, you can observe an interesting feature of the local geography. If you walk up to the chain-link fence and look south, you'll see the confluence where Hale Creek joins Permanente Creek. It's just concrete channels here, but farther upstream, work has been underway to restore a part of Hale Creek between Marilyn Drive and Sunshine Drive to a more natural state.

There is no street parking on Rincon Street or Valencia Ave. I might recommend biking or parking at McKelvey Park, where you can pick up a couple caches along the way. Bring your own pen. This is my first hide, so feedback is welcome.

6/3/23: Changed the container and placed in a more convenient location.
