You'll be able to touch the hidden container at this geocache, but you won't be able to sign the log sheet until you perform a task with the necessary (and provided) tool. The tool you'll need is clearly visible and hanging right next to the cache. Use it in the right spot and you'll be rewarded with the container. Do not claim a find on this geocache unless you can put your name on the log sheet.
