Gridbusters 500 attributes x type challenge

For this challenge you need to find 500 unique combinations of attribute and size. There are 19 types to choose from (Traditional, Multi, Virtual, Letterbox, Unknown, Whereigo, Webcam, Earth cache, Project APE, Groundspeak HQ, Event, CITO, Mega, Giga, Lost and found event, Groundspeak lost and found celebration, Groundspeak Block party, Locationless, and GPS adventures exhibit) and a whopping 131 attributes (counting the 70 positive and the 41 negative). The maximum theoretical score is far less than 2489 (131x19) since a lot of the rare cache types don't have many attributes between them. The two APE caches have 17 different attributes and Groundspeak HQ has 10 attributes.

I have completed this challenge myself and below is the chart showing my grid. I've filled 622 squares up, with 393 being positive attributes and 229 negative attributes.
