In light of seeing a previous cache in the area get archived, I wanted to place a geocache that was, in one way or another, a tribute to one of Westbury's greatest assets- its library. The Westbury library (and, as of recently, the tourist information centre), is in the old Westbury house, and overlooks the general High Street area, and within its gardens is a war memorial site.

The cache itself is set a little further out than originally planned, but from the cache you get an almost uninterrupted view of the front, and if you're lucky, you can catch the hunger inducing aromas of the local Indian restaurant.
