About the Trail
This is a trail of 10 Geocaches following public footpaths and trails in and around Monkfryston.
Each cache has a character name from the TV series Stanger Things with a description of the character and the actor (information found on Stranger Things Wiki | Fandom)
We decided to use Stranger Things as the theme for the trail after really enjoying the series.

Jim Hopper
James "Jim" Hopper, also known as just Hopper, is a main character in Stranger Things. He is portrayed by David Harbour.
Hopper was Chief of Police in the small, sleepy town of Hawkins, Indiana, where he used to live out a carefree existence, though forever haunted by his troubled past. After an old friend, Joyce Byers, reported that her son, Will, had mysteriously disappeared, Hopper's life became infinitely more complicated. He began to unravel a conspiracy involving the nearby Hawkins National Laboratory, discovering the lab had conducted experiments that accidentally opened a gate to an alternate dimension. During their investigations, Hopper and Joyce met Eleven, the escaped child test subject who unwittingly opened the gate using special psychokinetic abilities. Eventually, Hopper and Joyce were permitted to travel through the gate and search for Will, finding him strung up in the alternate version of the public library; he was unconscious, but alive.
David Harbour
David Harbour (born April 10th, 1975) is an American actor, renowned for his portrayal of the lead character Chief Jim Hopper in the Netflix original television series Stranger Things.
Harbour began performing in film, theater and television since 1999. Harbour's most notable performances are in War of the Worlds (2005), Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (2005) and Stranger Things (2016). He will also portray the titular character in the rebooted film Hellboy.
Harbour's only award nomination as of August 13th, 2016 was a 2005 Tony Award for a Best Featured Actor in a Play for the play Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? However, with the release of Stranger Things, Harbour's reputation rose deliberately as he was recognized for many awards and nominations, including two Emmy nominations for his acclaimed portrayal of Jim Hopper in the TV horror show.
