Better Call Saul is the prequel series to Breaking Bad. Like that series, it is filmed in and around Albuquerque. It tells the story how Jimmy McGill comes to be known as "Saul Goodman", the lawyer who "put 'criminal' in criminal defense lawyer".
This spot highlights another filming location for both Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad.
In season 6, after Saul's business booms Mrs. Nguyen kicks Jimmy out of the back of her Day Spa and Nail. He finds a new place here in the corner of this strip mall and later puts a large inflatable Statue of Liberty on the roof, one chronologically first seen at the Kettlemans' "Sweet Liberty Tax Services" out in the desert past Rio Rancho early in the final season.
Saul rehires receptionist Francesca Liddy who worked at the Wexler McGill office. Jimmy's past employee Huell Babineaux works here as a security guard in Breaking Bad. They must have been the "Associates" as there were no other law partners here.
In real life the Duke City Sports Bar was here and even appeared as such in the movie El Camino. Today it's Lizard Tail BrewingThe Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall and Saloon.
Enjoy!
