The cache is located north of the fence in a fairly quiet sub-urban area accessible by road or by foot, so no need to enter the nearby college grounds. GZ is somewhat shielded from prying eyes, though a level of stealth may still be necessary due to the onlooking houses. A pencil is included in the cache for convenience, so happy hunting!
