Where: Stone Village Hall, at the above co-ords. 50 Oxford Road, Stone, Aylesbury HP17 8PB. There's a local Village Hall cache and others in the area around, including two AdLab series.
When: 18:30 'til 20:30 on Monday the 27th of March 2023. Or half six to half eight, if you prefer. The venue cost £30 so any contribution towards that would be appreciated. Or just bid up in the auction?
What: A classic gathering of geocachers to talk geocaching, swap TBs etc, but also the big Geolympix clear-out I've been promsing myself since 2020. Random bits of memorabilia, geocoins, bulky bits of cache decoration which didn't get used in 2018 and more will be up for offer so please bring cash.
Why: Since my landlords have asked for their house back now I've finished paying for it for them I've got to put everything into storage before I go swanning off around the antipodes and that means a sell off of caching-related stuff. Mostly Geolympix (all profits to rolled on to charity and the 2023 MK Mega after I've been paid back what the event owes me from 2018) items but I may also find some of my personal coins and other caching-related goodies I could live without. Come along and find out... But bring cash!
How: Just come along, even if you're not in a shopping mood. New to geocaching or cache events? You'll be made especially welcome. Sorry, no dogs inside but there is outdoor space.
Who: Geocachers from Bucks, Beds, Herts and beyond! We're not fussy. Sorry, no food at the venue, but there is tea and coffee facilities and you're welcome to bring snacks.
