This is Price Road Park, on the western side of Big Walnut Creek. It's one of the unsung parks of Gahanna. It's a lovely area for a stroll, especially off the path and into the brush.
The cache is also off the path and into the brush. Expect some light bushwhacking. There's "Blacklight" reflective tape on the container. Bring your UV flashlight if you're searching at night.
